Quality is the key for each and every product specially in fashion world; we recognize this and we are committed for highest level of quality standard. We do not compromise with quality standard. We ensure the quality standard throughout the process of sampling to shipment. We take extra care of entire process to make sure that the each and every pro- duction facility must comply with customer’s quality standard.

  • Quality risk analysis during development stages
  • Strict inspection of incoming fabric and raw materials
  • Shade band checking roll to roll as per approved lab-dips.
  • In-line quality inspection and testing of shrinkage, color fastness, twisting,
  • We follow AQL systems strictly during in-line inspection and final inspection of goods.
  • QQD –‘Quality, Quantity & on-time Delivery’ is our ‘motto’. We follow the international quality system -AQL (Accepted Quality Level) as follows.
  • SAMPLE – All samples 100% inspected before dispatch.
  • IPC – Initial Production Check @ AQL 1.5
  • ILC – In Line Check @ AQL 1.5
  • MPC – Mid Production Check @ AQL 1.5
  • FRI – Final Random Inspection @ AQL 2.5

We do have our own team to conduct basic testing in house / from factory lab and keep the proper record. So that we can provide the report to our customer once required.
